Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform you that Ms. Nisha Sarayan (Membership No. A67145) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her letter dated April 02, 2024 and her resignation was effective from April 16, 2024.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 are enclosed herewith “Annexure-A” .

We hereby confirm that there are no material reasons other than the reasons specified in the resignation letter received from Ms. Nisha Sarayan enclosed as “Annexure-B”.
