CERTIFICATE UNDER CLAUSE 40(9) OF SEBI(LODR) REGULATION 2015 FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 31[st ] March, 2020
I have examined all share transfer deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files, and other documents relating to NILKANTH ENGINEERING LIMITED maintained by the ADROIT CORPORATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, RTA of the Company pertaining to the transfer to equity shares of the Company for the period from 1[st ] October, 2019 to 31[st ] March, 2020 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per clause 40((9 ) SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that the Company has not received any request for transfer of shares / sub-division / consolidation during the said period and hence the question of delivering the share certificate during half year ended on 31[st ] March, 2020 does not arises.
Therefore the below mentioned clause is not applicable:
A)The Shares / Debentures Certificate(s) relating to the transfer of shares / Debenture received during the period from 1[st ] October, 2019 to 31[st ] March, 2020 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within 15 days of the date of lodgement for transfer, subdivision, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls / allotment monies from respective date of lodgement of each deed
