In compliance with the SEBI Order dated 14.06.2018 read with SEBI Circular No. LIST jCOMP /14/2018- 19 dated 20.06.2018; we hereby confirm that Ms. Foram B. Mehta who is being reappointed as Independent Director is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The details as required, under the listing regulations read with SEBI Circular No: CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 are attached as Annexure herewith.
