Brief Profile	P K Koul is a senior Commercial Services leader with over 37 years of cross- functional experience across Travel & Emigration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Facilities & Infrastructure, Projects, Contract Management, and Corporate Administration. A Postgraduate in General Management, with professional qualifications in Tax Regulations and an MDP in Logistics Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, he combines strategic perspective with deep operational expertise. He is also a Certified “Up Your Services” Trainer, reflecting his commitment to service excellence and capability building.	Sachin Grover is a technology and learning innovation leader with over 28+ years of experience in building platforms, learning & development, digital talent transformation, and enterprise trainings. Since 2015, he has been central to the inception and scale-up of StackRoute as NIIT’s deep-skilling and capability development business, serving various global enterprises across engineering, cloud, data, and AI domains.He helped architect StackRoute’s immersive and mastery-based learning model - grounded in learning sciences, experiential pedagogy, mentorship, and outcome-based assessment - to address digital talent needs across IT, GCCs, and engineering-driven enterprises. Prior to StackRoute, he contributed to the Instructional Design team and helped designing of various programs & courses for	Vijay Kumar Srinivasan is a technology leader with 33+ years of experience across technology solutions, learning solutions, and business transformation. His career began as a mainframe programmer, building a strong foundation in enterprise systems. At NIIT, Vijay has held diverse leadership roles, including trainer, business head, instructional design head, and technology head, giving him a holistic perspective that blends technology, learning, and business outcomes.
