Brief Profile	Dr. Vishnupriya Raghavan is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate education, research, and enterprise transformation. Since joining NIIT in November 2019, she has been instrumental in establishing and scaling Stackroute as a strategic business division focused on deep-skilling and enterprise capability development. Under her leadership, Stackroute has secured key enterprise clients and expanded its portfolio through role-based competency development programs across Architecture, Product Management, Technology Leadership, and Engineering Excellence. She has conceptualized and led marquee initiatives such as the Digital Architect Conclave (DAC) and the BAL&NCE framework, which have become central to Stackroute’s brand positioning and market leadership in building business-aligned talent capabilities. She has also spearheaded StackRoute’s thought leadership and innovation agenda, contributing to the creation of proprietary intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrighted learning frameworks, while leading the organization to win over 50 Brandon Hall awards and multiple industry recognitions for excellence in learning and talent transformation. Her research interests span AI, Blockchain, User Experience, and Industry 5.0, with over 15 publications in top-tier “A” journals. Vishnupriya holds a Master’s in Mathematics, a Master’s in Information Systems, and a PhD in Information Systems.
