She started her career with GSK and brings over 18 years of experience across financial services, retail and consumer goods and healthcare having held HR leadership roles at organizations such as Max Life Insurance, Walmart, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and GSK Consumer Healthcare Limited. She has consistently led high-impact people transformations in areas such as culture shaping, leadership capability acceleration, digital HR enablement, organization design and performance-linked growth architecture. Her last position was Corporate Vice President & Head HR - Axis Partnership, Max Life Insurance Company Limited after which she was been engaged with start-up companies, providing HR consulting services as a freelancer
