Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 24A and 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), as amended, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, i.e., May 14, 2025 (which commenced at 1:38 p.m. IST and concluded at 3:03 p.m. IST), inter alia, approved the appointment of M/s. PI & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm registration number: P2014UP035400), as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Details as required to be furnished under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A .
