An Appendix 3X - Initial Director's Interest Notice (the Appendix 3X ) for Mr William Koeck has been lodged today, further to his appointment as a director of Nick Scali Limited (the Company ) on 1 August 2020.

The Company wishes to advise that the Appendix 3X was lodged late due to an internal administrative oversight.

Under the Company's securities trading policy, directors are required to notify the Company of their notifiable interests no later than 3 business days after they become a director, allowing sufficient time for the Company to notify ASX.

The Company does not view its current arrangements as inadequate or not being enforced. However, following this internal administrative oversight, the relevant Company officers have been reminded of the director interest notification obligations under the ASX Listing Rules.
