Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it has launched two 2023 Save As You Earn Schemes (the "2023 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees, one offering saving plans over 3 years, the other 5 years.
Employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted on 26 April 2023 at an exercise price of 896 pence in accordance with the terms of the 2023 SAYE Scheme. This represents a discount of 20% from the average mid-market closing price for an Ordinary Share on the 3 business days from Friday 31 March 2023 to Tuesday 4 April 2023 prior to the invitation made to all eligible employees on Tuesday 11 April 2023.
A total of 99 employees have participated in the scheme and 64,221 Options have been granted representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
