Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 27 November 2020 that Nick Yates, PDMR and Sales and Operations Director for Vimto Out of Home, exercised options over 1,577 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 November 2020, under the Company's 2015 SAYE Scheme, at an exercise price of 950.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, Nick Yates' interest in the Company is 1,577 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the issued share capital.

Further to the appointment of James Nichols to the Board on 22 July, the Company can also confirm that Mr Nichols holds an interest in the Company of 835,476  Ordinary Shares representing 2.26 % of the issued share capital.
