Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 5 May 2020 that Darren Kain, spouse of Marcella Kain, PDMR and Operations Director sold 2516 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 May 2020 at 1225 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transfer, Mr & Mrs Kain have no further shareholding in the Company.
