Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Mr Peter John Nichols, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, today sold 17,060 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1180 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Nichols' holding in the Company has decreased to 2,060,000 Ordinary Shares, being 5.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
