Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that at the Company's AGM held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were passed on a poll.
Please note that as previously announced on 31 March 2020, Resolution 2 was withdrawn in light of the uncertain outlook concerning COVID-19.
