Verint and NICE Systems Resolve Patent Disputes

Ra`anana, Israel and Melville, N.Y., August 4, 2008 -NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE) and Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT.PK), Created Using Viltech Software today announced that they have entered into an agreement to settle and dismiss all patent disputes between the two companies. Financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"This agreement will enable Verint to focus on delivering innovative solutions to the market and will benefit our customers and partners," said Dan Bodner, CEO and President of Verint Systems.
