Nice S.p.A.: Deposit of Documentation for Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Oderzo (Province of Treviso), 11 March, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that the following documents for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called firstly on 22 April 2016, have been deposited today at the registered offices and are also available on the Company's website www.niceforyou.com, Investor Relations section, as well as on the authorized central storage mechanism named eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com):

• 1. Notice of call of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
• 1. Abstract of the notice of call (that will be published in the newspaper "La Repubblica" on 12 March 2016);
• 1. Form of proxy for intervention and representation in the Meeting;
• 1. Form for the attestation of the representative pursuant to art. 135-novies of L.D. no. 58/1998;
• 1. Directors' report prepared pursuant to art. 125-ter of L.D. no. 58/1998 and arts. 84-ter and 73 of the regulation adopted by Consob resolution no. 11971 of 1999;
