In continuation of our earlier announcements dated November 12, 2025 and November 13, 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform you that Nibe Limited has acquired 48950 Equity Shares (48.95%) of Nibe Meson Naval Limited (CIN: U33122MH2024PLC416486) (“Target Company”) from the existing shareholders of the Target Company, resulting in Nibe Limited holding 99.95% of the total paidup share capital of the Target Company.

The details are required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (erstwhile SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as updated on January 30, 2026) is attached herewith as “Annexure A”.
