Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 17, 2015, the Board of Directors of ChromaDex Corporation (the “Company”) increased the base salary of Troy Rhonemus, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, from $180,000 to $190,000, an increase of 5.6%. Mr. Rhonemus’ base salary increase is effective as of March 17, 2015.
