Please note that the change of holdings in NGS Group AB is only temporary and in connection with providing Mr. Orvar Pantzar authority to vote on Danica Pension Forsäkring's behalf at the annual shareholders meeting due Thursday May 4. The number of votes handed over at the shareholders meeting is 577.976 and Danica Pension Forsäkring will therefore retain 401 votes. On May 5 the Group will once more control more than 25% of the shares and voting rights. As advised by the Swedish FSA, we shall not send a new notification on Friday May 5 where we will again cross the 25% threshold upwards and control the previous number of shares found within the statement.
