Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions announces that on 22 September 2025, it was notified that on that same day, Charles Sweeney, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 3,731 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.34 per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase, Charles Sweeney's total shareholding in the Company is 43,272 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.48% per cent of Nexus' total voting rights.
