Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Nexus Infrastructure plc ('Nexus') is pleased to announce the appointment of Ffion Griffith to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st November 2018. 

Ffion is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development ('FCIPD') and has 25 years' experience in senior roles across a range of sectors including technology, professional services and private equity.  

Having gained a Masters in HR Management, Ffion earned her FCIPD whilst in a senior executive role for a law firm, SJ Berwin LLP, gaining experience in leading a global HR team and as a Board member.  She has experience of working across Europe, North America and Asia.

Ffion, age 49, is currently a Non-Executive Director of Burnt Mill Academies Trust, where she has also served as Interim Chair and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.  She has previously been a Non-Executive Director of Inmidtown where she also chaired the Nominations Committee.
