The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— AD-HOC RELEASE OF NEXUS AG iSOFT Switzerland joins NEXUS AG Villingen-Schwenningen, May 31, 2005: NEXUS AG acquires with effect of May 31, 2006, 100% of the shares of iSOFT Switzerland GmbH, Schwerzenbach (CH) from iSOFT Deutschland GmbH. iSOFT Switzerland offers administrative IT-solutions (under the brand of HOSPIS) for the Swiss healthcare market. With Sales of about 8 million CHF and 75 customers the company has been one of the major software solution providers within the healthcare segment. Focus of the acquisition is to broaden the Swiss product portfolio of NEXUS’ ehealth solutions and to provide an integrated software solution for the existing common customers of both companies. This acquisition supports the constant growth of NEXUS within the Swiss healthcare market. The company will be registered as NEXUS / SCHWEIZ AG and will receive major impulses to product development of the NEXUS group. The company will continue to market products of the iSOFT group in the Swiss market in accordance to a distribution agreement within Switzerland. NEXUS develops and markets IT-solutions for the healthcare market. NEXUS supports the integrated healthcare approach which ensures the exchange of data between general practitioners, hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Over 200 employees of the NEXUS group are developing Software- and IT-Solutions which is daily used by about 45.000 users in 14 countries worldwide.
