The collaboration comprises the development and marketing of an integrated software solution for hospitals, rehabilitation and social services which is open for sub systems. The solution includes both administration of health services and medical documentation and communication, mainly used by doctors and nursing staff. The solution is based on the core products of the two companies, which when combined cover the full spectrum of application in hospitals, rehabilitation and social services. Through this collaboration, Nexus AG and All for One Systemhaus AG are aiming for a significant market position in the area of complete systems and integration of SAP R/3 including ISH in healthcare services. Both companies will continue to develop and market their products independently of the collaboration.
