NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen: On October 17th 2012, NEXUS AG has
acquired 95% of the shares of E & L medical systems GmbH, Erlangen. With
around 70 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 5.0 million, the
company is a market leader in the field of diagnostic reporting software in
Germany. More than 400 Hospitals in Germany use the Software CWD of E+L in
Endoscopy, Cardiology, Sonographic or other diagnostic departments.

NEXUS strengthens with the products of E & L its portfolio and establishes
itself as a key supplier of diagnostic information systems in the German
healthcare market.

With the addition of the E & L Products NEXUS offers its customers the
whole range of diagnostic information systems from a single source. The
acquired product line can simultaneously be integrated interface-free into
the NEXUS / HIS. Thus, the extremely successful KIS is enhanced further in
the German market. In the international business, the attractive E & L
product-line will be used to build up the customer base.

NEXUS AG - the eHealth-Specialist - develops and sells IT solutions for
health care systems. These solutions make it possible for hospitals,
rehabilitation and social institutions to convert to digital patient
information. NEXUS also supports integrated healthcare, which enables data
exchange between primary care physicians, hospitals and rehabilitation
clinics. More than 500 staff members in the NEXUS Group develop software
and IT solutions for health care, with which approximately 135,000 users in
23 countries work.
