Villingen-Schwenningen, August 01st, 2008: NEXUS AG,
Villingen-Schwenningen, listed in Prime Standard, bought 100% of the shares
of MEDOS AG, Langenselbold from ORTIVUS AG, Stockholm. The company is one
of the leading Software provider in the German Radiology software market
and employs around 42 people.

With this step NEXUS expands therefore its customer base in the area of
radiology, radio oncology and nuclear medicine significantly and emphasises
its expansion strategy in this business segment. As a consequence of the
merger, the existing NEXUS site in Frankfurt/Main will be gaining further
importance within the NEXUS Group.

The merger of two companies successful on the market will create an
attractive concentration of industry skills for customers. In future the
company will act as NEXUS / MEDOS in the market of modern radiology
information systems.

The new company strategically fits within the Business UNIT Diagnostic
Information Systems of NEXUS. A unit which is concerned with the
development and the distribution of departmental solutions in the heath
care market,

About the purchase price secrecy was observed at first.

NEXUS develops and markets IT-solutions for the healthcare market. NEXUS
supports the integrated healthcare approach which ensures the exchange of
data between general practitioners, hospitals and rehabilitation clinics.
Over 300 employees of the NEXUS group are developing Software- and
IT-Solutions which is daily used by about 68.000 users in 17 countries
worldwide.
