Villingen-Schwenningen, 04 June 2007: NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
listed in Prime Standard, bought 100% of the shares of Computer Partner
Paschmann GmbH, Oberhausen by 04 June 2007. With a base of about 250
customers and its IT-Solutions for Pathology and Cytology the company is
one of the market leader in the german-speaking area.

NEXUS expands therefore its Know-How base in this business division and
completes consequently the product portfolio within special medical
IT-Solutions.

The merger of two companies successful on the market will create an
attractive concentration of industry skills for customers. In future the
company will act as NEXUS / PASCHMANN in the market as a provider of
workflow-systems and finding-management for Pathology and Cytology.

About the purchase price secrecy was observed at first – share deal
happened cash.

NEXUS develops and markets IT-solutions for the healthcare market. NEXUS
supports the integrated healthcare approach which ensures the exchange of
data between general practitioners, hospitals and rehabilitation clinics.
Over 280 employees of the NEXUS group are developing Software- and
IT-Solutions which is daily used by about 54.000 users in 17 countries
worldwide.
