The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Villingen-Schwenningen, May 4th 2005: On May 3rd, 2005 NEXUS AG, Villingen- Schwenningen, and Zehnacker Group, Singen, agreed on a strategic cooperation in health services as well as on Zehnacker Group acquiring 470.000 NEXUS shares. Central areas of cooperation will include data processing services as well as operating and outsourcing concepts for health services. With a turnover of more than 260 Mio. EUR Zehnacker Group is market leader in infrastructural services for health services in Germany, Austria and Poland. Cooperation with NEXUS will broaden the Zehnacker service portfolio in the areas of IT services and IT outsourcing. By this agreement both companies placed already existing cooperations in certain points on a contract base and aligned their market strategies. The investment in NEXUS AG is aiming at establishing a lasting cooperation. Nexus Group develops and sells software and hardware solutions for hospitals, radiology departments, rehabilitation clinics and social welfare institutions with its corporate divisions “Healthcare Software” and “Healthcare Service”.
