Zehnacker is specialised in services for the health care business. The target of this purchase is to increase significantly the market share of NEXUS.IT GmbH Südost in the area of outsourcing IT-services from hospitals. Zehnacker already has extensive service contracts for outsourcing services from hospitals. Due to this acquisition Zehnacker strengthens its competence in the IT-service for the health care market and offers its customers an important additional value.
