NEXUS AG: CONTINUED SALES AND PROFIT INCREASES IN Q3-2014

Villingen-Schwenningen, 10 November 2014: NEXUS AG, Villingen Schwenningen,
listed in Prime Standard, had sales from KEUR 56,351 (+7.9%) in the first
nine months 2014 following KEUR 52,237 in the previous year and achieved an
result before taxes and interest (EBIT) of KEUR 5,143 compared to KEUR
4,754 (+8.0%) in the previous year.
The result before taxes amounted to KEUR 5,285 following KEUR 4,873
(+8.5%) in the previous year.

Sales in the core business, Healthcare Software, increased by 8.4% to KEUR
49,883 (Q3-2013: KEUR 45,998) in the first nine months. The Healthcare
Service Division closed 3.7% higher than the previous year (KEUR 6,239)
with sales of KEUR 6,468.

In the third quarter, the NEXUS Group had sales of KEUR 18,528 following
KEUR 17,752 in the previous year. The result before taxes in the third
quarter amounted to KEUR 1,623 and consequently was approx. 3.0% higher
than the value of the previous year (Q3-2013: KEUR 1,575).

The operative cash flow was KEUR 7,799 and consequently was 8.5% higher
than in the previous year (Q3-2013: KEUR 7,189). The foreign share of Group
sales was 40.3% in the fi rst nine months compared to 42.8% in the same
period of the previous year.

NEXUS AG had equity capital of approx. EUR 76.0 million as well as cash
reserves and securities in the amount approx. EUR 26.1 million on 30
September 2014.
There are no essential bank liabilities. The equity capital rate was 74.3%.
