Villingen-Schwenningen, 26th March, 2012: NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
listed in Prime Standard, increased its consolidated sales of KEUR 44,832
in the previous year to KEUR 53,534 (+19.4%) in 2011. The result after
taxes increased by 32.7% to KEUR 4,695 (previous year: KEUR 3,538).

In 2011 NEXUS AG once again increased sales and results with a two-figure
growth and has continued its positive development of previous years.

Sales in the core business, Healthcare Software, increased by 23.4% to KEUR
49,492 (previous year: KEUR 40,119) over the whole year. The Healthcare
Service Division had 14.1% lower sales with KEUR 4,042 than in the previous
year (2010: KEUR 4,704). The share of revenue generated abroad equals 45.1%
after 39.7% in the previous year.

The result after taxes reached KEUR 4,695 after KEUR 3,538 in 2010
(+32.7%). The result before tax improved to KEUR 4,636 after KEUR 3,308 in
2010 (+40.1%). EBITDA reached KEUR 10,762 after KEUR 9,449 in the previous
year (+13.9%).

The balance sheet of NEXUS AG per 31st December, 2011 is KEUR 58,155
(previous year: KEUR 52,796), cash and securities are KEUR 22,089 (2010:
KEUR 20,697). Significant financial liabilities don't exist. Equity-ratio
equals 72.3% of the balance sheet.

NEXUS AG - the eHealth-Specialist - develops and sells IT solutions for
health care systems. These solutions make it possible for hospitals,
rehabilitation and social institutions to convert to digital patient
information. NEXUS also supports integrated healthcare, which enables data
exchange between primary care physicians, hospitals and rehabilitation
clinics.
482 staff members in the NEXUS Group develop software and IT solutions for
health care, with which more than 134,000 users in 23 countries work.
