Villingen-Schwenningen, 09 November 2009: NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
listed in Prime Standard, improved its sales from KEUR 23,988 to KEUR
29,030 (+21.0%) in the first nine months 2009 and achieved an improved
EBITDA of KEUR 5,381 compared to KEUR 4,124 (+30.5%) in the previous year.

The result before taxes improved from KEUR 1,190 to KEUR 1,655 (+39 %),
while the result after taxes increased by 17.3 % from KEUR 1,168 to KEUR
1,370 caused by a decrease in other provisions.

Sales in the core business, Healthcare Software, increased by 26.1 % to
KEUR 25,765 (previous year: KEUR 20,425) in the first nine months. The
Healthcare Service Division closed 8.4 % lower with sales of KEUR 3,265
following KEUR 3,563 in the previous year.

In the third quarter, sales of KEUR 10,201 were recorded following KEUR
8,626 in the previous year (+ 18.3%).

The operative cash flow is approx. 96 % higher than the previous year's
level at KEUR 4,540 (previous year: 2,314). The foreign share of Group
sales was about 36% in the first nine months like in the previous year.

NEXUS AG had equity capital of approx. EUR 46.2 million and cash reserves
in the amount EUR of 9.6 million on 30 September 2009. Liquid funds,
securities and receivables amount to a total of EUR 26.0 million and are
not offset by any essential financial liabilities. The equity capital rate
was 78 %.

Information Systems' (CIS), 'Diagnostic Information Systems' (DIS) and 'IT
