NEXUS AG: Further Growth in first quarter 2008

Villingen-Schwenningen, May 19th, 2008: NEXUS AG specialized on medical
software increased group sales by 17.5 % from KEUR 6,309 (in Q1-2007) to
KEUR 7,412 in first quarter 2008. Sales increased highly by 23.3 % in
Healthcare Software division and went to KEUR 6,383 after KEUR 5,177 in the
previous year. Healthcare Service division reached with a sales of KEUR
1,029 (Q1-2007: KEUR 1,132) a decresing of about 9.1 %.

EBITDA increased by about 14 % to KEUR 1,268 (Q1-2007: KEUR 1,117) in the
reporting period. Profit before tax improved by 2 % compared to the
previous year to KEUR 383 (Q1-2007: KEUR 376). In the first quarter NEXUS /
HOLL and NEXUS / PASCHMANN were consolidated.

Cash Flow from current transactions was about 100 % higher than the last
year, it grew from KEUR 834 (Q1-2007) to KEUR 1,671. Also positive was the
development of the national sales, which reached a share of 66.1 %
(Q1-2007: 56.8 %) of the group sales in the first quarter.

NEXUS AG has a financially sound balance sheet. Cash reserves amounted to
EUR 12.1 million (12/31/2007: EUR 12.07 million.), which is still rather
high compared to the fiscal year-end.

NEXUS develops and markets IT-solutions for the healthcare sector. NEXUS
supports the integrated healthcare approach which ensures the exchange of
data between general practitioners, hospitals and rehabilitation clinics.
Over 300 employees of the NEXUS group are developing Software- and
IT-Solutions which is daily used by about 68.000 users in 17 countries
worldwide.
