NEXUS AG: EBT positive third quarter

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– EBT positive third quarter Nexus AG, specialized in medical software has realized sales of EUR 2,8 Mio. (Q3 2002: EUR 2,9 Mio.) and earnings before taxes (EBT) of TEUR 10 in the third quarter of 2003. Compared to the third quarter of 2002 the earnings before taxes increased by a total of TEUR 717 (Q3 2002: TEUR -707). In the first nine months of this year Nexus AG realized sales of EUR 8,8 Mio. (2002: EUR 10,0 Mio.) and a loss before taxes of TEUR 749 (2002: TEUR 870). Because of modified handling of deferred taxes the deficit after taxes increased from TEUR -444 in the first nine months of last year to TEUR -1.016 in 2003. In the first three quarters the EBITDA improved significantly from TEUR -24 in the first nine months of the last year to TEUR 757 in 2003.
