The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Villingen-Schwenningen, March 28th, 2002 NEXUS AG Villingen-Schwenningen, listed on the Neuer Markt stock exchange, reports revenues of Euro 15.05 million in 2001. Revenues in its Healthcare Software core business rose to Euro 7.46 million, an increase of 27%. The Healthcare Service division reports Euro 8.26 million in revenues. A comparison with the previous year is not possible, since the NEXUS.IT companies were only founded on October 1, 2000. The result of Euro -2.2 million was a significant improvement. Last year Nexus AG reported a result of Euro -5.98 million. The result in the Healthcare Software core business improved from Euro -2.18 million to Euro -0.98 million. The Healthcare Service division reports results of Euro -1.2 million. International sales continue their positive trend, accounting for about 30% of the revenues in the Healthcare Software division. NEXUS is represented internationally with installations in a total of ten countries. In light of the positive trend, Nexus AG intensifies its activities to restructure the IT Service division and to complete its conversion to the health sector. Nexus develops and markets hard- and software solutions for the medical sector. These solutions enable hospitals, rehabilitation and healthcare institutions to introduce digital patient documentation. The introduction of integrated healthcare processes will become a target factor for NEXUS. This means that the exchange of data between local practices, hospitals and rehabilitation clinics is guaranteed in order to assure complete documentation.
