On March 04, 2015, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG,
Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on February 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 4.97% (this
corresponds to 751106 Voting Rights).
2.09% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 316106 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
2.88% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 435000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
