On January 02, 2014, FPM Funds, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 27, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to 464657 Voting Rights).
3.08 % of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 464657 Voting Rights) are
attributed to FPM Funds according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.6
of the WpHG in connection with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
