On December 23, 2013, Mellinckrodt 2 SICAV, Luxemburg-Strassen, Luxemburg
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.69% (this corresponds to 557500 Voting
Rights).
