On July 10, 2014, Mr Nikolai Burkart, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2014 and on that day amounted to
9.43% (this corresponds to 1424267 Voting Rights).
9.43% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1424267 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Burkart in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in NEXUS AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Burkart
Verwaltungen GmbH, Burkart Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
