Correction of release dated 10.05.2013

On May 6, 2013, EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD INVESTMENT ADVISORS SA, Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Germany, exceeded the 3% and 5% thresholds of the Voting Rights on June 30,
2009 and on that day amounted to 6.00% (this corresponds to 828859 Voting
Rights). Thereof 6.00% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 828859
Voting Rights) are to be attributed to EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD INVESTMENT
ADVISORS SA according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
Nexus AG are to be attributed to EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD INVESTMENT ADVISORS
SA: - Argos Funds SICAV

Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Germany, fell below the 5% thresholds of the Voting Rights on January 19,
2011 and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 697763 Voting
Rights). Thereof 4.95% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 697763
Voting Rights) are to be attributed to EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD INVESTMENT
ADVISORS SA according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.
