Correction of release dated 07.06.2013

On June 6, 2013, ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA, Meyrin, Switzerland, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2007 and on that day
amounted to 3.84% (this corresponds to 527000 Voting Rights).
Thereof 3.84% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 527000 Voting
Rights) are to be attributed to ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
Nexus AG are to be attributed to ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA: - Argos

its Voting Rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 22, 2008 and on that day
amounted to 5.59% (this corresponds to 772300 Voting Rights).
Thereof 5.59% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 772300 Voting
