On February 21, 2013, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough,
England, UK, informed us that its voting rights in NEXUS AG,
Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
voting rights on February 21, 2013, and on that day amounted to 4.43% (this
corresponds to 669,590 voting rights).
4.43% (this corresponds to 669,590 voting rights) are to be attributed to
FIL Investments International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV being a shareholder directly
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in NEXUS AG.

On February 21, 2013, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, England, UK,
informed us that its voting rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on
February 21, 2013, and on that day amounted to 4.43% (this corresponds to
669,590 voting rights).
4.43% (this corresponds to 669,590 voting rights) are to be attributed to
FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV being a
