informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, exceeded
the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on February 20,
2007 and on that day amounted to 17.96% (this corresponds to 2464176 Voting
Rights).

Rights) according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of WpHG is to

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, have fallen
below the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on March 12,
2010 and on that day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0 Voting
Rights).
