On March 26, 2013, Essential Management GmbH, Rorschacherberg, Switzerland,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany,
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on March
12, 2010 and on that day amounted to 17.85% (this corresponds to 2464176
Voting Rights).
Thereof 17.85% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2464176 Voting
Rights) according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of WpHG is to
be attributed to Essential Management GmbH.
These 17.85% (this corresponds to 2464176 Voting Rights) are held by
following companies, holding more than 3% of the NEXUS Voting Rights,
