Delaware,USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28,
2013 and on that day amounted to 3.26% (this corresponds to 492958 Voting
Rights).
3.26% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 492958 Voting Rights) are
