according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 24, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.84% (this corresponds to 580361 Voting Rights).
3.84% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 580361 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Invesco Limited according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
