us - on behalf of DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany - according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 18, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 3.047% (this corresponds to 431803 Voting Rights).
