us - on behalf of FPM Funds SICAV, Luxembourg (L) - according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG,
Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on February 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.30% (this
corresponds to 467657 Voting Rights).
