Correction-Release according to Disseminations of Voting Rights
Announcements of November 13, 2012 - 5:32 p.m.:

On November 12, 2012, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 08, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to
437867 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.90% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 437867 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
