Correction-Release according to Disseminations of Voting Rights
Announcements of June 14, 2011 and of July 6, 2011:

On June 07, 2011 FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, England, UK,
informed us that its voting rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on June 02, 2011
and on that day amounted to 3.60% (this corresponds to 510,179 voting
rights).
3.60% (this corresponds to 510,179 voting rights) are to be attributed to
FIL Investments International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV being a shareholder directly
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in NEXUS AG.

On June 07, 2011 FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, England, UK, informed
us that its voting rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany,
exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on June 02, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 3.60% (this corres-ponds to 510,179 voting rights).
3.60% (this corresponds to 510,179 voting rights) are to be attributed to
FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV being a
shareholder directly holding 3% or more of the voting rights in NEXUS AG.

voting rights in NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on June 02, 2011 and on that day amounted to
3.60% (this corresponds to 510,179 voting rights).

FIL Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG inter alia from
