to art. 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) by letter of
05/22/08, that their voting rights are gone over the 3% and the 5%
threshold on NEXUS AG at 05/20/08 and amounted to 5.51% (761,000 voting
rights).

Argos Investment Managers SA, Geneva (Switzerland) informed us according to
art. 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) by letter of 05/22/08,
that their voting rights are gone over the 3% and the 5% threshold on NEXUS
AG at 05/20/08 and amounted to 5.51% (761,000 voting rights). The direct
part of Argos Investment Managers S.A., accounts 5.51% (761,000 voting
rights) of the voting rights of Argos Investment Fund SICAV according to
art. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
