The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– AD-HOC REPORT NEXUS AG Villingen-Schwenningen, June 3rd, 2002: Ralf Gropengießer, CEO of Nexus AG which is listed on the Neuer Markt Stock Exchange, will leave the Board of Directors on the occasion of the Annual Shareholders’ meeting on June 10th, 2002. He will take over the customer relationship management and strategic product development for the company. Gropengießer will then be able to focus on his expert knowledge in terms of products and product development in the health care market and give important inputs to the company. Dr. Ingo Behrendt, current CFO of Nexus AG, becomes CEO and will form the Board of Directors of the company together with Stefan Burkart, CSO.
